The satellite images look almost like abstract paintings in an art calendar: twelve rivers of the world, viewed from an altitude of 705 kilometers through the eye of a satellite camera. Thanks to a map and an informative accompanying text, each calendar page is not just a wall decoration, but also offers a colorful introduction into geography.
On display are: the Lena Delta, the Euphrates, the Yukon, the Danube Delta, the Rhine Valley, the Niger inland delta, the Mississippi Delta, the Amazon, the Deltas of Nile and Mackenzie, the Orange River and the Irrawaddy.
